National association of Broadcasters (NAB2006), Day 1

as most of you know, i'm at NAB2006 in lost wages, nevada.

my plan is to blog a little about what i see & do, just to keep you guys informed involved and in touch with the "ImMEDIAte FUTURE" (that's their slogan) of electronic media.

Unfortunately, this first edition is rather dull, as the floor at the convention center with all of the cool gadgets doesn't open until monday, but hopefully i can find something to do.

check out the pictures posted below...

The Score:
Layover at O'hare= 3 1/2 hours (give or take)

Gambling Gains/Losses (+ /-) = even.

thing that must change = There's no hairdryer in the hotel room. for me, that's like a week of survival in the aussie outback with a pup tent and a grub-digging spoon.

Amount i miss Margo & Marlone (already) = Hors Categorie

shout out to TJ DeLay representing the mountain time zone.

good night and good luck
